Outside Contractors definition

Outside Contractors. All outside contractors for work on Licensee’s vessel must work through the Boat Yard or Marina, without exception. Outside contractor(s) must provide a Certificate of Insurance. Outside Contractors working on vessels in the boat yard must pay a fee of 15% of total invoice is due to the Marina. Outside contractors working on vessels at the docks may elect to pay a one-time fee for a single day access to a customer’s boat for $20. Other options include a $50 weekly fee; $100 monthly access fee; or a $1000 annual access fee. All outside contractor(s) must sign in daily with the Marina office or Boat Yard office prior to going on any vessel/job. Upon completion of the job, the fee is to be paid to Marina or Boat Yard with a copy of the final invoice, which shall show the total charges for the job.
Outside Contractors has the meaning given to it in clause 12.1 and, for the avoidance of doubt, includes Third Party Suppliers;
Outside Contractors means a Third Party contractor, including a Third Party contract manufacturer or Sublicensee, engaged by a Party in accordance with Section 2.3(e).

  • Each Party shall maintain, and shall cause its Outside Contractors to maintain, accurate and reasonably complete records of all Research Work and all Development Work, as consistent with the responsibilities of such Party under this Agreement, and all results of any Clinical Trials, Pre-Clinical Testing, IND-Enabling Studies, and other investigations conducted under this Agreement by or on behalf of such Party, its Affiliates, and Outside Contractors, as applicable.

  • Use of "Outside Contractors" Network for External Communication Programs .

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • The Contractor or Contractors means the firm, company or person engaged by the SBIIMS to carry out the work. It shall also include their legal representative(s), successors or assigns.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • Prospective contractor means a person who is subject to the competitive sealed proposal process set forth in the Procurement Code or is not required to submit a competitive sealed proposal because that person qualifies for a sole source or a small purchase contract.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Visitors means guests, applicants, contractors, vendors, advisory board members, foundation board members, and members of the public on college premises.

  • Invitees means employees, workers, visitors, guests, customers, suppliers, agents, contractors, representatives, licensees and other invitees.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Providers means individuals or organizations --------- licensed to practice dentistry (including specialists) as well as other dental professionals who provide ancillary reimbursable dental services.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

  • Contractor Group means Contractor, its parent and subsidiary companies as defined by the term “Affiliate,” and its and their respective Subcontractors and contractors of whatever tier and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing.

  • Architect/ consultants means and refer to the Consultants appointed by NU as Architect Consultants.

  • Permitted Users has the meaning given in Section 16.02;

  • Contractor Agents means Contractor's representatives, employees, officers, Subcontractors, as well as their employees, contractors, officers, and agents.
