Outside Contractor definition

Outside Contractor means a person, firm, sole proprietor, partnership, company or corporation performing Personal Services for the Land Bank pursuant to a written agreement.

Outside Contractor means any Person contracted by Salix or Progenics or an Affiliate or Sublicensee thereof to provide products or services relating to the Collaboration, including contract manufacturing services, clinical services or regulatory services that contribute to the performance of its responsibilities under the Development Plan or that result in any work product or other information that Progenics or Salix or such Affiliate or Sublicensee could include or might reasonably be expected to include in any document or report, including, a Registrational Filing, submitted to a Regulatory Authority or subject to review by a Regulatory Authority.
Outside Contractor means any Person other than a Contract Manufacturer contracted by TGC or GI to provide products or services, including, without limitation, regulatory services which are material to the performance of its responsibilities under the Development Plan or which result in any work product or other information that TGC or GI would include or might reasonably be expected to include in any document or report, including, without limitation, an Approval Application, submitted to a Government Authority or be subject to review by a Government Authority, including, without limitation the FDA.
