Output Specifications definition

Output Specifications means the specifications set out in Schedule 7: Output Specifications;
Output Specifications means Schedule 15 – Output Specifications, and includes Schedule 15-1 – Definitions, Schedule 15-2 – Design and Construction Requirements, Schedule 15-3 – Maintenance and Rehabilitation Specifications and Schedule 15-4 – Operations Requirements.

More Definitions of Output Specifications

Output Specifications means the output specifications set out in Schedule 1 (The Output Specifications) and any modifications or additions thereto as may from time to time be made in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; Outstanding Work has the meaning given to it in clause 47.4.4 (Maintenance Work); Partial Termination Services have the meaning given to them in clause 46.1.1 (Termination of Part); Partial Termination Notice shall have the meaning given to it in clause 46.1.1(a) (Termination of Part); Partnership means the arrangements put in place for the provision of new support and customer services organisation services to the Authority by the Service Provider as contemplated by this Agreement including the provision of the Services (as updated and amended from time to time);
Output Specifications means the documents set out in Schedule 12 (Design Specifications) and Schedule 13 (Services Specifications) (as applicable), being: (a) in relation to Schedule 12 (Design Specifications):
Output Specifications means Schedule 15 – Output Specifications, and includes Schedule 15-1 – Technical Definitions and Reference Documents (as amended by the Stage 2 Maintenance Services Variation and subject to the Timing Principle), Schedule 15-2 – Design, Construction Requirements, and Schedule 15-3 – Maintenance and Rehabilitation Requirements (as amended by the Stage 2 Maintenance Services Variation and subject to the Timing Principle) and Annex B – List of Highway Drawings and Highway Specifications to Schedule 40 – Highway Work and the Civic Work Specifications.

Related to Output Specifications

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Contract Specific Goals means the subcontracting goals for MBE and WBE participation established for a particular contract.
