Outplacement Services definition

Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.
Outplacement Services means the cost of outplacement services, the scope and provider of which shall be selected by Executive in his or her sole discretion, for a period not to extend beyond twelve (12) months after the Effective Date of Executive’s Qualifying Termination, in an amount not to exceed $30,000 in the aggregate.

Examples of Outplacement Services in a sentence

  • Laureate will pay the Outplacement Services provider directly and Executive will not be entitled to receive payment of the cost of the Outplacement Services should Executive choose not to participate in such Outplacement Services.

  • Executive’s receipt of the Outplacement Services is contingent upon Executive signing this Agreement, executing, and not revoking, the Second Release and Executive commencing use of such services within sixty (60) days following the Separation Date.

Outplacement Services means and refers to internal and/or external professional assistance provided to Employees following their Termination of Employment with the Bank with respect to their search for new employment.
Outplacement Services means outplacement services from an outplacement service company of the Company’s choosing at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($20,000.00), payable directly by the Company to such outplacement service company. If such benefit is not used by Employee during the six (6) month period following Employee’s termination of employment, it will be forfeited.
