Outline Specifications means the outline specifications developed and approved by the parties pursuant to Section II of this Work Agreement. The Outline Specifications will set forth defined parameters for Landlord’s Base Building Work and general specifications for leasehold improvements, including specifications for demolition, earthwork, clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill, site drainage and utilities, paving, curbing, landscaping, site fire protection and water service, base building materials, foundations, masonry, structural elements, carpentry and millwork, moisture protection, roofing, doors and windows, interior partitioning, lighting, utility and HVAC distribution systems, common area finishes, other finishes and known specialty items (including UPS systems, generator requirements, SCIF rooms and the like).
Outline Specifications means preliminary written instructions that supplement the schematic drawings or plans for the applicable Site and provide pertinent information regarding dimensions, materials, quality of work, style, fabrication, colors and finishes, as set forth in Attachment XX.
