Outline Plan definition

Outline Plan means an outline water development plan prepared in terms of subsection (1) of section twelve;
Outline Plan means a plan for a portion of the Area Structure Plan that provides additional details such as zoning for lots, street types, school sites etc.;
Outline Plan means the content of each module of the course which should state the titles, sequence of delivery, and time (in days/weeks/months) of each module;

More Definitions of Outline Plan

Outline Plan means a detailed land use plan for a specified area of land which conforms to all statutory plans and is used to relate a subdivision application to the future subdivision and development of adjacent areas. An outline plan is adopted by resolution of Council, pursuant to the Municipal Government Act;
Outline Plan means an intermediate step between an Area Structure Plan and a Tentative Subdivision Plan (see Figure 6Development Concept Plan, Page 12) that encompasses a logical development cell or the entire contiguous land holding of a developer. Such a plan should provide information regarding the allocation of reserves and the mix of land uses proposed throughout the Outline Plan area with particular attention given to the proposed mix of housing types. An Outline Plan should also show the entire road system proposed within the Outline Plan including sidewalks and pathways, information regarding servicing, proposed Land Use Bylaw Districts and all proposed reserve parcels. Outline Plans are referred to the Okotoks Municipal Planning Commission (MPC) for consideration.
Outline Plan or “OLP” means a non-statutory plan adopted by Council through resolution that provides more specific information regarding the development plan for a neighbourhood than an Area Structure Plan. Outline Plans are subject to the direction indicated in the approved Area Structure Plan for the land under consideration.
Outline Plan means a non-statutory land use plan adopted by resolution of Council that provides a detailed land use, transportation and servicing concept for the future subdivision and development of land within the area encompassed by the plan boundaries.
