Outline Plan means the content of each module of the course which should state the titles, sequence of delivery, and time (in days/weeks/months) of each module;

Outline Plan means an intermediate step between an Area Structure Plan and a Tentative Subdivision Plan (see Figure 6 – Development Concept Plan, Page 12) that encompasses a logical development cell or the entire contiguous land holding of a developer. Outline Plans are subject to the direction indicated in the approved Area Structure Plan for the land under consideration.

Outline Plan means a plan which must show— the height, shape, and bulk of the Building; and the location on the Land of the Building; and the likely finished contour of the Land; and the vehicular access and circulation; and the landscaping proposed which must be limited to provision of grass in the environs of the Building; and any other matters to avoid, remedy, or mitigate any adverse effects on the environment.

Outline Plan means a plan providing a more specific planning framework and servicing strategy for an area included in an Area Structure Plan and conforms to the general principals and concepts established in the Area Structure Plan.
