Verified mail means any method of mailing that is offered by
Mass mailing means over two hundred substantially similar pieces of mail, but does not include a form letter or other mail that is sent in response to an unsolicited request, letter or other inquiry.
365 Phone means our telephone banking service;
Actual/365 (Fixed) means that interest or any other relevant accrual factor shall be calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year of 365 days, regardless of whether accrual or payment occurs during a calendar leap year.
Direct mail means printed material delivered or distributed by United States mail or other delivery services to a mass audience or to addressees on a mailing list provided by the purchaser or at the direction of the purchaser when the cost of the items are not billed directly to the recipients. Direct mail includes tangible personal property supplied directly or indirectly by the purchaser to the direct mail seller for inclusion in the package containing the printed material. Direct mail does not include multiple items of printed material delivered to a single address.
Notice of Charges means a notice sent by the Compliance Department pursuant to Rule 607.
Business reply mail envelope means an envelope that may be mailed free of
Voice mail service means an ancillary service that enables the customer to store, send or receive recorded messages. Voice mail service does not include any vertical services that the customer may be required to have in order to utilize the voice mail service.
postal services means services consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items. This shall include both services falling within as well as services falling outside the scope of the universal service set up in conformity with Directive 97/67/EC;
Electronic mail address means a destination, commonly expressed as a string of characters, consisting of a unique user name or mailbox (commonly referred to as the “local part” of the address) and a reference to an internet domain (commonly referred to as the “domain part” of the address), whether or not displayed, to which electronic mail can be sent or delivered.
Postal service means the United States postal service.
Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.
Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.
First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt. Overnight Delivery: When delivered by overnight delivery (Federal Express/Airborne/United Parcel Service/DHL WorldWide Express) with charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service. Facsimile transmission: When sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective on receipt, provided that, (a) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first-class or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or (b) the receiving party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given facsimile shall be deemed received on the next business day if it is received after 5:00 p.m. (recipient’s time) or on a non-business day. USPS means the United States Postal Service.
Return envelope means the envelope, described in Subsection 20A-3a-202(4), provided to a voter with a manual ballot:
Electronic mail service provider (EMSP) means any person who (i) is an intermediary in sending
Electronic mail means any text, voice, sound or image message sent over a public communications network which can be stored in the network or in the recipient's terminal equipment until it is collected by the recipient.
Freight means the remuneration payable to the carrier for the carriage of goods under a contract of carriage.
Email Address means a current valid email address.
Envelope is a portion of the Estimated Provincial Subsidy that is designated for a specific use. There are four Envelopes in the Estimated Provincial Subsidy as follows:
Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another
Notification Email Address means the email address (if any) designated by Customer, via the user interface of the Processor Services or such other means provided by Google, to receive certain notifications from Google relating to these Data Processing Terms.
Assumed Tax Rate means the highest effective marginal combined U.S. federal, state and local income tax rate for a Fiscal Year prescribed for an individual or corporate resident in New York, New York (taking into account (a) the nondeductiblity of expenses subject to the limitation described in Section 67(a) of the Code and (b) the character (e.g., long-term or short-term capital gain or ordinary or exempt income) of the applicable income, but not taking into account the deductibility of state and local income taxes for U.S. federal income tax purposes). For the avoidance of doubt, the Assumed Tax Rate will be the same for all Partners.
