Outdoor Facilities definition

Outdoor Facilities means the Woodman outdoor pool, playgrounds, fields, outdoor grounds of community centres, and parks owned by or under the control of the Parties and set out in Schedules “B” and “C” attached hereto;

Outdoor Facilities means those Improvements comprised of all outdoor tennis courts, the Shared Concourse, if constructed, and all exterior light fixtures, grandstands, walkways, fences, plazas, driveways, curbs, the Public Restrooms constructed by Tenant as part of the Tennis Facility, and all appurtenances to said Outdoor Facilities, including without limitation the landscaping, but excluding the Stadium, if constructed.

More Definitions of Outdoor Facilities

Outdoor Facilities means the grounds, parking lots, hard surfaces, sports fields and playgrounds located on the lands and premises set out in Schedule “A” attached hereto;
Outdoor Facilities means the Woodman outdoor pool, Harmony Square, playgrounds, sports fields, outdoor grounds of community centres, Arrowdale Golf Course and parks owned by or under the control of the Parties and set out in Schedules “B” and “C” attached hereto excluding outdoor facilities governed by a separate agreement between the City and either school board;
Outdoor Facilities. An outdoor learning environment conducive to growing plants and gardening, with an animal enclosure to xxxxxx environmental/scientific projects with easy access to the classrooms. An outdoor open space for sports, physical education, and artistic activities; a grassy space the approximate size of a football field; blacktop space large enough to play ball games, jump rope games, running games with table‐bench combinations for outdoor snack time and outdoor lessons/experiments; outdoor drinking fountains; outdoor playground structures with slides, climbers, swings, balancing features, overhead events, and climbing adventures, etc. suitable for at least 396 students ages 5‐11; this complete outdoor space is also available the entire school day for outdoor learning centers, physical education activities, technology lessons, and artistic endeavors. Also required is an upper and lower play area to accommodate different age groups in addition to outdoor lessons/performance rehearsals without disrupting the recess schedule. An enclosed kindergarten play area including grass and a play structure suitable for younger children, with benches for snack time and outdoor lessons/experiments. Childcare: A portable classroom adjacent to the parking lot is required for before‐school and after‐ school childcare.

Related to Outdoor Facilities

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
