Outdoor Areas definition

Outdoor Areas mean the parks surrounding or adjacent to the building known as the community centre, playing fields and other outdoor recreation improvements or facilities, such as tennis courts, basketball courts, skateboard parks, plazas, playgrounds or field houses which are administered by the Park Board and used for Programming;
Outdoor Areas as used in this Lease shall include all areas on each of Landlord's Parcels which are not Common Areas, or areas covered by buildings ("BUILDING AREAS") and are provided by Landlord for the convenience and exclusive use of tenants of each of Landlord's Parcels, their respective employees, customers, suppliers, shippers, contractors, and invitees.

Outdoor Areas means both Primary Outdoor Areas and General Outdoor
Outdoor Areas means all outdoor areas of the Landlord’s Property, including without limitation, pedestrian walkways, parking areas, driveways and access roads, entrances and exits, landscaped areas, and the drainage, storm filters and water detention/retention systems of the Landlord’s Property. During the Term the Outdoor Areas shall be for the exclusive use and benefit of Tenant, any of its subtenants or other occupants of the Building(s) and their respective employees, agents, and other invitees.
Outdoor Areas. This category includes lightingof equipment located outdoors and outdoor platforms. High-pressure sodium fixtures suitable for vibration and use in wet locations shall be used.
Outdoor Areas as used in this Lease shall include all areas on each of Landlord's Parcels which are not Common Areas or areas covered by buildings ("Building Areas") and are provided by Landlord for the convenience and exclusive use of tenants of each of Landlord's Parcels, their respective employees, customers, suppliers, shippers, contractors, and invitees.

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Passenger area means the area designed to seat the driver and passengers while a motor vehicle is in operation and any area that is readily accessible to the driver or a passenger while in his or her seating position, including but not limited to any type of glove or storage compartment accessible to passengers or driver.

  • Floor Area means the gross floor area of the specific use.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Play area means an area of frequent soil contact by children of less than six years of age as indicated by, but not limited to, factors including the following: the presence of play equipment (sandboxes, swing sets, and sliding boards), toys, or other children’s possessions, observations of play patterns, or information provided by parents, residents, caregivers, or property owners.

  • Residential Floor Area means all of the square footage of living area within the perimeter of a residential structure, not including any carport, walkway, garage, overhang, patio, enclosed patio, or similar area. The determination of Residential Floor Area shall be made by reference to the building permit(s) issued for such Assessor’s Parcel.

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
