ERCOT shall review and approve or reject each proposed Planned Outage or Maintenance Outage Schedule under this Section and the applicable Agreements.
If an Outage Schedule for a Resource is also applicable to the Current Operating Plan (COP), the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) responsible for the Resource shall also update the COP to provide the same information describing the Outage.
The Parties shall abide by the Outage Schedule Submittal Requirements described below and shall agree upon reasonable changes to these requirements and procedures from time to time, as necessary to: Comply with the CAISO Tariff; Accommodate changes to their respective generation technology and organizational structure; and Address changes in the operating and Scheduling procedures of Seller, Buyer and the CAISO, including automated forecast and outage submissions.
ERCOT is not deemed to have approved the Outage Schedule associated with the Planned Outage or Maintenance Outage until ERCOT notifies the TSP or Resource Entity of its approval under procedures adopted by ERCOT.
Proposed Transmission Planned Outage or Maintenance Outage information submitted by a TSP or Resource Entity in accordance with this Section constitutes a request for ERCOT’s approval of the Outage Schedule associated with the Planned Outage or Maintenance Outage.
