Out-of-country travel means travel to destinations outside the United States and its territories.
Out-of-country travel means authorized travel outside of the United States.

Fully Burdened Manufacturing Cost means, with respect to any Licensed Product supplied by or on behalf of NVCR to Zai hereunder if such Licensed Product (or any precursor or intermediate thereof) is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer [***].
Original manufacturer means the original component manufacturer, the original equipment manufacturer, or the contract manufacturer.
Major Country means the United States, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Existing Manufactured Home Park or Manufactured Home Subdivision means a manufactured home park or subdivision for which the construction of facilities for servicing the lots on which the manufactured homes are to be affixed (including, at a minimum, the installation of utilities, the construction of streets, and either final site grading or the pouring of concrete pads) was completed before the initial effective date of the floodplain management regulations adopted by the community.
Product Manufacturer means the entity that assembles the component parts to manufacture the final Product;

Food Scraps are a subset of Food Waste.
Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.
Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.
