Out-of-Area definition

Out-of-Area means outside of El Paso County and the immediate surrounding areas (including Doña Ana County in southern New Mexico) where active Employees reside and may receive routine or other medical services.
Out-of-Area means in excess of forty (40) road/driving miles distance of the subject property.
Out-of-Area means services received by a Participant outside of the normal geographic area supported by the Plan’s Network, as determined by the Plan Administrator, at the time each Participant becomes eligible for coverage under this Plan.
