Our Representatives means any person we engage in connection with the products and services we offer to our customers, and may include third party service providers, our employees or contractors or agents, or the employees, contractors or agents of:

  • Our Representatives that provide financial services to you on our behalf are also remunerated.

  • Policyholders and prospective Policyholders may contact Us or Our Representatives or authorised advisers for details on the valuation of the ILP sub-funds.

  • Where We agree to pay You We reserve the right to make staged payments as works progress and to withhold final payment until all works are complete, final invoice submitted and final inspection completed by Us or Our Representatives.

  • Buyer Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Issuer Representative means the Chairman of the Board of the Issuer or such other person at the time, and from time to time, designated by written certificate of the Issuer furnished to the Borrower containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate shall designate an alternate or alternates, any of whom may act at any time as Issuer Representative.

  • Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Lenders’ Representative means the person duly authorised by the Senior Lenders to act for and on behalf of the Senior Lenders with regard to matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement, and includes his successors, assigns and substitutes;

  • Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;

  • Advisory representative means any Supervised Person, who in connection with his or her regular functions or duties, normally makes, participates in, or otherwise obtains current information regarding the Purchase or Sale of a Security by the Firm, or whose functions relate to the making of any recommendations with respect to such purchases or sales, and any natural Person in a Control relationship to the Firm who obtains information concerning recommendations made concerning a Purchase or Sale of a Security. This definition includes but is not limited to the following: partner, officer, Manager, investment person, Portfolio Manager and any other Supervised Person of the Firm designated as an “Advisory Representative” from time to time by the Review Officer.

  • Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.

  • Holder Representative has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.

  • Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
