Otis Individual Agreement definition

Otis Individual Agreement means any individual (a) employment contract or offer letter, (b) retention, severance or change in control agreement, (c) expatriate (including any international assignee) contract or agreement (including agreements and obligations regarding repatriation, relocation or equalization of Taxes and living standards in the host country) or (d) other agreement containing restrictive covenants (including confidentiality, non-competition and non-solicitation provisions) between a member of a Group, on the one hand, and (i) an Otis Group Employee or (ii) a Former Otis Group Employee, on the other hand, as in effect immediately prior to the Otis Distribution Date.

Related to Otis Individual Agreement

  • Individual Agreement means an employment, consulting or similar agreement between a Participant and the Company or one of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates.

  • Uniform individual application means the current version of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Uniform Individual Application for resident and nonresident individuals.

  • Mutual Agreement is defined to mean an agreement between the Union and the Employer.

  • Designated Individual has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.A hereof.

  • Disabled individual means a person older than 13 years of age who by reason of age or physical or mental disease, defect, or injury is substantially unable to protect the person's self from harm or to provide food, shelter, or medical care for the person's self.
