Other Work definition

Other Work means all activities which are defined as working time in Article 3(a) of Directive 2002/15/EC except ‘driving’, including any work for the same or another employer, within or outside of the transport sector;

Other Work means all activities which are defined as working time under the Working Time Directive except driving and includes any work within or outside the transport industry where the Agency Worker is not at the disposal of the Hirer;

Other Work means all working activities except driving, including any work for the same or another employer, within or outside of the transport sector. It does not include waiting time and time not devoted to driving spent in a vehicle in motion, a ferryboat or a train;

Examples of Other Work in a sentence

• Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit the freedom of Institute, or their researchers who are not participants in the Research Collaboration under this Agreement, from engaging in Other Work made under other agreements with other parties than Atara.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Institute and the Principal Investigator shall use all reasonable efforts to distinguish the research performed in connection with the Research Collaboration under this Agreement from all Other Work, and shall keep records pertaining to such Other Work separately from the records to be maintained pursuant to Article 8.

• Service Provider shall use all reasonable efforts to distinguish the Services performed under this Agreement from other work the Service Provider performs for itself or any third parties (collectively, “Other Work”), and shall keep records pertaining to such Other Work separately from the records to be maintained pursuant to Section 5.5 below.

• All Work for any Work Order or agreement for Other Work performed hereunder shall be performed in addition to all requirements and specifications set forth in the Work Order or agreement for Other Work, in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the National Electric Code, the National Electric Safety Code (both as they currently exist or are amended) and any other requirements imposed by any governmental authority or agency having jurisdiction.

• Each party hereto expressly acknowledges and agrees that the other party currently is engaged, and shall continue to be so engaged during the term of this Agreement, in research and development activities on numerous other projects and matters besides the Sponsored Research Program (the "Other Work").

More Definitions of Other Work

Other Work means all activities which are defined as working time in Article 3(a) of Council Directive 2002/15/EC except "driving", and also any work for the same or another employer, within or outside of the transport sector.

Other Work means any current or scheduled work of the contractor, whether Government or commercial, other than work related to the terminated contract.

Other Work shall have the meaning given in Section 5.2.
