Financial Interest means either:
Capital Interest means the proportion that a Member's positive Capital Account bears to the aggregate positive Capital Accounts of all Members whose Capital Accounts have positive balances as may be adjusted from time to time.
Subsidiary REMIC Interest Any one of the Subsidiary REMIC Interests or the SR-A-R Interest.
Combined Interest has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.3(a).
person with a 0.25 per cent. interest means a person who holds, or is shown in any register or record kept by the company under the Companies Acts as having an interest in, shares in the company which comprise in total at least 0.25 per cent. in number or nominal value of the shares of the company (calculated exclusive of any shares held as treasury shares), or of any class of such shares (calculated exclusive of any shares of that class held as treasury shares), in issue at the date of service of the restriction notice;
Retained Interest The meaning set forth in the Trust Agreement.
Significant Financial Interest means anything of monetary value, including but not limited to, salary or other payments for services (e.g., consulting fees or honoraria); equity interests (e.g., stocks, stock options or other ownership interests); and intellectual property rights (e.g., patents, copyrights, license agreements, and royalties from such rights). The term does not include:
Periodic Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the periodic interest for such Payment Date as specified in the Series Supplement.
Asset Interest is defined in Section 2.1(b).
Relevant Interest means the amount of shares issued by the Company (or its legal successors) in a percentage equal to or greater than twenty percent (20%) of the total shares issued by it;
Special Interest shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2(c) hereof.
REO Imputed Interest As to any REO Property, for any calendar month during which such REO Property was at any time part of REMIC I, one month's interest at the applicable Net Mortgage Rate on the Stated Principal Balance of such REO Property (or, in the case of the first such calendar month, of the related Mortgage Loan, if appropriate) as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in such calendar month.
Overdue Interest means any interest payable pursuant to Section 2.8(b) of the Credit Agreement.
Class R-3 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 3.
Capitalized Interest means, with respect to the interest due or to be due on a Series of Bonds prior to, during and for a period not exceeding one year after the completion of a Project to be funded by such Series, all or part of such interest which will be paid, or is expected to be paid, from the proceeds of such Series.
Accreted Interest Interest accrued on a Loan that is added to the principal amount of such Loan instead of being paid as it accrues.
Imputed Interest means any interest imputed under Section 1272, 1274 or 483 or other provision of the Code and any similar provision of state and local tax law with respect to the Corporate Taxpayer’s payment obligations under this Agreement.
Middle-Tier REMIC As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class R-4 Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC 4.
Economic Interest means a Person’s right to share in the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, or similar items of the Company, and to receive Distributions from the Company, but excluding any other rights of a Member, including the right to vote or to participate in management, or, except as may be provided in the Act, any right to information concerning the business and affairs of the Company.
Interest when used with respect to an Original Issue Discount Security which by its terms bears interest only after Maturity, means interest payable after Maturity.
Assigned Interest means all of Assignor's (in its capacity as a "Lender") rights and obligations under the Credit Agreement in respect of the Commitment of the Assignor in the principal amount equal to $____________, and to make Loans under the Commitment and any right to receive payments for the Loans outstanding under the Commitment assigned hereby of $____________ (the "Loan Balance"), plus the interest and fees which will accrue from and after the Assignment Date.
Equity Interest means any and all shares, interests, participations or other equivalents (however designated) of capital stock of a corporation, any and all equivalent ownership interests in a Person which is not a corporation, and any and all warrants, options or other rights to purchase any of the foregoing.
