Other Transactions definition

Other Transactions means the transactions related to the Distributions and described in Parts I through IV of the Ruling Request.
Other Transactions means the Internal Distributions and all other transactions related to the Distribution and described in the Ruling Request, including all modifications to such transactions reflected in supplements to the Ruling Request.
Other Transactions means the sale, transfer or other conveyance of any assets, rights, properties or Liabilities of Seller and its Affiliates (other than the Purchased Assets) to one or more Third Parties in connection with the consummation of the Merger Transaction or receipt of the Merger Clearances.

More Definitions of Other Transactions

Other Transactions means, collectively, (i) the issuance and sale to the Qurate Purchaser of shares of Series B Preferred Stock in accordance with the provisions of the Qurate Purchase Agreement and (ii) the issuance and sale to the Cerberus Purchaser of shares of Series B Preferred Stock in accordance with the provisions of the Cerberus Purchase Agreement.
Other Transactions means the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents other than the Merger.
Other Transactions means a contract of any of the gold-related transaction types listed in the definition of Settlement Class, including in the appropriate direction (i.e., buy or sell), that is not a Fix-Linked Transaction. Other Transactions collectively mean other cannabis related acquisitions: (i) currently being considered by Buyer, the SPAC or their Affiliates; (ii) for which Buyer, the SPAC or their Affiliates or Company or its Affiliates has entered into a definitive purchase agreement, and described on Exhibit C; or (iii) new additional cannabis related acquisitions identified by any of the Parties prior to the Closing.
Other Transactions means the Digital Distribution, the Internal Distribution and, in each case, any transfer of assets or Liabilities related thereto.
Other Transactions means transactions, other than procurement contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements, including trans- actions for prototypes, as provided to the Secretary of Defense under section 2371 of title 10, United States Code.
