Other-states definition

Other-states insurer" means an insurance company that is authorized to provide workers' compensation insurance coverage in any of the states that permit employers to obtain insurance for workers' compensation claims through insurance companies.
Other-states coverage" means both of the following:
Other-states means any of the United States, District of Columbia, or territories that have jurisdiction over the practice of nursing within their boundaries.
