passenger ship means a ship which carries more than 12 passengers;
ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.
Other Contracting Bodies means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and “Other Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;
Tugs means dedicated vessels that push or pull other vessels in ports, harbors, and inland waterways (e.g., tugboats and towboats).
Contracting Bodies means bodies listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;
Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.
Crew Insurances means insurances against crew risks which shall include but not be limited to death, sickness, repatriation, injury, shipwreck unemployment indemnity and loss of personal effects.
Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.
Approved Flag State means the Xxxxxxxx Islands, Liberia or any other country in which the Agent, may in its sole and absolute discretion, approve that a Ship be registered;
Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.
Passenger vessel means any boat, ship, vessel,
passengers means the driver and up to the number of passengers allowed as shown in the Vehicle Registration Document travelling in the vehicle;
Approved Flag means the Xxxxxxxx Islands flag, the Liberian flag, the Panama flag or any other flag which the Agent may approve as the flag on which a Ship may be registered;
Foreign flag vessel means any vessel that is not a U.S.-flag vessel.
Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.
Charters means Kitty Hawk Charters, Inc., one of the Debtors.
Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);
Users mean individuals who are authorized by Customer to use the Subscription Service, subject to the terms of this Agreement, and have been supplied user identifications and passwords by Customer. Users may include, for example, Customer’s and its Affiliates’ employees, consultants, clients, external users, contractors, agents and authorized third parties.
Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
foreign fishing vessel means any fishing vessel other than a local fishing vessel;
Visitors means guests, applicants, contractors, vendors, advisory board members, foundation board members, and members of the public on college premises.
Restricting Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.09(a).

Ships means any or all of them;
CAISO-Approved Meter means any revenue quality, electric energy measurement meter furnished by Seller, that (a) is designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the CAISO’s metering requirements, or, to the extent that the CAISO’s metering requirements do not apply, Prudent Electrical Practices, and (b) includes all of the associated metering transformers and related appurtenances that are required in order to measure the net electric energy output from the Generating Facility.
