Other Shipper definition

Other Shipper means any person that is a party to a Gas Transportation Agreement, other than the Shipper or the Service Providers.

  • Where Shipper and/or Other Shipper are allocated such Slots or groupings referenced under (a) or (b) above, Shipper and/or Other Shippers shall, if the referenced Subscribed Slot that cannot be used is in the future Months of the Contract Year, reduce its Slot entitlement by an equivalent number in any subsequent Months in the same Contract Year such that the applicable Shipper and/or Other Shippers does not exceed its annual number of Subscribed Slots.

  • Subject to AC 3.1.1.2.3 (f), if two or more of any of Shipper or Other Shippers have the same ranking, then Shipper or the Other Shipper to whom a Default Available Slot has been allocated least recently, shall rank highest.


More Definitions of Other Shipper

Other Shipper means a person other than Shipper who has a contract with Operator for the transport of gas on the DBNGP;
Other Shipper means any person that is a party to a gas transportation agreement relating to the Pipeline, other than the Shipper or the Transporter; OTSA means any operational transportation services agreement entered into between the Transporter and the Shipper or any Secondary Shipper; Out-of-Specification Gas means gas which does not comply with the Gas Specifications;
Other Shipper means any person that is a party to a Gas Transportation Agreement, other than the Shipper or the Service Providers. Out-of-Specification Gas means Natural Gas which does not comply with the Gas Specifications.
Other Shipper means any Person other than the Shipper that, at the relevant time, is entitled to deliver Natural Gas into the TAP Transportation System under a Gas Transportation Agreement between that Person and the Transporter. Party means the Shipper or the Transporter individually, and "Parties" means the Shipper and the Transporter collectively. Reasonable and Prudent Operator means a Person exercising that degree of skill, diligence, prudence, and foresight that would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced operator complying with all applicable laws and engaged in the same type of undertaking under the same or similar circumstances. Representative means, in respect of a Party, the person(s) designated by that Party to give and receive notices under the Gas Transportation Agreement and to exercise the rights of the Party under the Gas Transportation Agreement.
Other Shipper means any shipper (other than Shipper), including the Transporter when it acts as a deemed Shipper.
Other Shipper means any person that is a party to a Gas Transportation Agreement, other than the Shipper or the Service Provider. Out-of-Specification Gas means gas which does not comply with the Gas Specifications. Out-of-Specification Notice means the notice set out in clause 13.3(b).
