Other Rent definition

Other Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(b)(iv).

More Definitions of Other Rent

Other Rent is sometimes used herein to refer to any and all other sums payable by Tenant hereunder, including, but not limited to, parking charges. Tenant agrees to pay Other Rent upon demand by Landlord and that Other Rent is to be treated in the same manner as Rent hereunder, both in terms of the lien for Rent herein provided and in terms of the default provisions herein contained.
