Other Real Property Rights definition

Other Real Property Rights means the easements, rights-of-way and other interests in real property identified in Section 1(d) of the Seller’s Disclosure Schedule under the heading “Other Real Property Rights.”
Other Real Property Rights means all other rights (other than rights in the Owned Real Property and the Leased Real Property, and including easements and rights-of-way) granted to a Company with respect to the use of any tracts, parcels or subdivided lots of real property or any improvements thereon.
Other Real Property Rights has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(j)(i)(A).
