Other Rates definition

Other Rates means the rates payable by VicForests to the Contractor set out in Item 9 of Schedule 1 for the provision of the Other Services.

Examples of Other Rates in a sentence

  • Where an Employer does not supply all tools necessary for a tradesperson to perform their work, a tradesperson will be paid the Tool Allowance as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances for supplying and maintaining tools ordinarily required in the performance of their work as a tradesperson for the School.

  • Where an Employee is required to work overtime after ordinary working hours in excess of one and one half hours on any day, the Employee shall be supplied with a suitable meal or be paid the Overtime Meal Allowance as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances.

  • Teachers appointed to teach classes of children with a disability in a registered school shall be paid in addition to the salaries provided for in clause 6.1, an allowance set out in Item 1 of Table 2 – Other Rates and Allowances of Part B - Monetary Rates.

  • Adjustment (A) means the percentage change to the Rates and Other Rates.

  • An employee who works overtime for more than one hour on any day or shift after the fixed ceasing time shall be paid on such day an amount as set out in Item 2 or Table 2 - Other Rates and Allowances, as a meal allowance unless notified prior to the completion of the previous shift of the intention to work such overtime.

  • An Employee (other than Long Day Care, Preschool and OOSH Centre Staff or a Nurse classified according to clauses 12.1(e) and (f)) who is designated by the Employer to perform first aid duty, including the dispensing of medication to students in accordance with medication plans, and who holds a current recognised first aid qualification, will be paid an allowance as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances.

  • An Employee classified according to clause 12.1(e) (other than a Co-ordinator (Diploma Qualified) or a Co-ordinator) who is required by the Employer to act as an Authorised Supervisor in accordance with the Children (Education and Care Services) National Law (NSW) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations, as amended, shall be paid an amount as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances.

  • Such uniform or protective clothing shall be laundered at the Employer’s expense or, by mutual agreement, the Employee shall be paid an amount per day as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances.

  • An Employee, classified as a Cleaner according to clause 12.1(d), required to work in lavatories or on outside steps, outside marble or outside brass or required to scrub marble, terrazzo, rubber floor corridors or stairs which necessitates the Employee kneeling shall be paid an amount as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances, per day extra.

  • An Employee, classified as a Cleaner according to clause 12.1(d) acting as a leading hand cleaner who has successfully completed a Cleaning Supervisor’s Course at a Technical and Further Education (TAFE), or course deemed by the Employer to be of equivalent qualification, shall be paid an additional amount as set out in Table 3 – Other Rates and Allowances of Schedule 1 – Salary Scales and Allowances.

  • LIBOR Screen Rate means the LIBOR quote on the applicable screen page the Administrative Agent designates to determine LIBOR (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • Marker Rate With respect to the Class CE Certificates and any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to two (2) times the weighted average of the REMIC I Remittance Rate for REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2A, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2B, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2C, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTA2D, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM1, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM2, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM3, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM4, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM5, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM6, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM7, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM8, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM9, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM10, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM11, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM12, REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTM13 and REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ, with the rate on each such REMIC I Regular Interest (other than REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ) subject to a cap equal to the lesser of (i) One-Month LIBOR plus the related Certificate Margin for the related Corresponding Certificate and (ii) the related Net WAC Pass-Through Rate for the related Corresponding Certificate for the purpose of this calculation for such Distribution Date and with the rate on REMIC I Regular Interest I-LTZZ subject to a cap of zero for the purpose of this calculation; provided, however, each such cap shall be multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period and the denominator of which is 30.

  • Interest Rate Basis means the Base Rate or the Eurodollar Basis, as applicable.

  • Federal Funds Open Rate means the rate set forth on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 5 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) for an Interest Determination Date underneath the caption “FEDERAL FUNDS” in the row titled “OPEN”. If the rate is not available for an Interest Determination Date, the rate for that Interest Determination Date shall be the Federal Funds Rate as determined below.

  • CDOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the term “CDOR Rate”.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • SOFR Rate means the rate that will be calculated by the Calculation Agent for each Accrual Period on the SOFR Adjustment Date as of the SOFR Determination Time (or, if the Benchmark is not SOFR, the Reference Time) and, except as provided below following a determination by the Administrator that a Benchmark Transition Event and its related Benchmark Replacement Date have occurred, shall mean, with respect to the Class A-2b Notes as of any SOFR Adjustment Date, a rate equal to Compounded SOFR; provided, that, the Administrator will have the right, in its sole discretion, to make applicable SOFR Adjustment Conforming Changes.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Adjusted Eurodollar Rate means for any Interest Period with respect to any Eurodollar Loan, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/100 of 1.00%) equal to (a) the Eurodollar Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserves.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • Euro-Dollar Rate means a rate of interest determined pursuant to Section 2.07 on the basis of an Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate.

  • Cost of Funds Rate means, for any Accrual Period and any Lender, the rate determined as set forth below:

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • Base Rate Basis means a simple interest rate equal to the sum of (a) the Base Rate and (b) the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances. The Base Rate Basis shall be adjusted automatically as of the opening of business on the effective date of each change in the Base Rate to account for such change, and shall also be adjusted to reflect changes of the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances.

  • Relevant Rate means the Benchmark for a Representative Amount of the Specified Currency for a period (if applicable or appropriate to the Benchmark) equal to the Specified Duration commencing on the Effective Date.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin I 52.50 II 62.50 III 72.50 IV 82.50 V 92.50

  • Eurocurrency Rate with respect to each day during each Interest Period pertaining to a Eurocurrency Loan, a rate per annum determined for such day in accordance with the following formula (rounded upward to the nearest 1/100th of 1%): Eurocurrency Base Rate

  • 3-Month LIBOR means the London interbank offered interest rate for three-month, U.S. dollar deposits determined by the Trustee in the following order of priority:

  • Market Disruption Rate means the rate (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.

  • Turnover Rate means the period of time (usually in hours) required to circulate a volume of water equal to the pool or spa capacity.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • LIBO Base Rate means with respect to each day an Advance is outstanding (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day), the rate per annum equal to the rate published by Bloomberg or if such rate is not available, the rate appearing at page 3750 of the Telerate Screen as one-month LIBOR on such date, and if such rate shall not be so quoted, the rate per annum at which the Lender is offered Dollar deposits at or about 11:00 A.M., eastern time, on such date by prime banks in the interbank eurodollar market where the eurodollar and foreign currency and exchange operations in respect of its Advances are then being conducted for delivery on such day for a period of one month and in an amount comparable to the amount of the Advances to be outstanding on such day.
