Other Projects definition

Other Projects has the meaning set forth in the Contribution Agreement.

Other Projects means any “project” as defined in Section 260E.2 of the Act undertaken by the College pursuant to the Act or the Supplemental Act.

Other Projects has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Participation Agreement.

More Definitions of Other Projects

Other Projects means the projects set forth on Exhibit A under the heading “Other Projects.”

Other Projects means the electrical energy generating or electric energy storage assets and related assets and entities, other than the Project, utilizing the Shared Facilities to enable delivery of energy from each such other generating facility to Seller’s Interconnection Point (as defined in an interconnection agreement), together with all materials, equipment systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy at each such other generating facility or charge and discharge energy at such other electric energy storage facility, but (i) with respect to the Shared Facilities, excluding Seller’s interests therein and (ii) excluding the real property on which each such other assets are, or will be located, land rights and interests in land.] {SCE Note: Language applicable to projects that utilize Shared Facilities.}

Other Projects means any projects which meet a set of environmental and social criteria, which prior to the relevant Issue Date will be (i) approved both by the relevant Issuer and, where applicable, the Guarantor and by a reputed sustainability rating agency, and (ii) made available on ENEL’s website (www.enel.com) in the investor relations page and may include, inter alia,:

Other Projects means renewable energy projects being operated by the SPVs for the sale of power to any distribution utility in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana or Tamil Nadu or any offtaker whose receivables cycle exceeds 12 (twelve) months;

Other Projects means the acquisition, construction, renovation and equipping of various capital projects more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto, and such other projects of the Issuer designated in writing by the Mayor, or in the Mayor's absence or unavailability, the Mayor Pro Tem, in either case upon the recommendation of the City Manager and/or Finance Director of the Issuer.

Other Projects means projects for manufacturing or processing or both or providing service or doing any other business or commercial activity as may be specified by the State Government

Other Projects means any project which is not the Projects but may form part of the GCP or The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) delivery programme.
