Other Personal Property has the meaning assigned by Section 2.1(d).

More Definitions of Other Personal Property

Other Personal Property means the following:
Other Personal Property means all personal property (including parts, furniture and furnishings), other than Equipment, Receivables, Intellectual Property and Inventory, owned, held or leased by Debtor, in each case in connection with the operation of the Business.
Other Personal Property means any type of tangible personal property which is offered for sale.
Other Personal Property means all furniture, equipment, machinery, inventories, supplies, signs and other tangible personal property, if any, owned by New Meditrust-LLC that is installed, located or situated on or used in connection with any Other Real Property.
