Other Partner definition

Other Partner means all Partners other than the General Partner and the Centre Partners Entities.

Other Partner has the meaning specified in Section 5.10.

• The Contractor shall offer the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, including without limitation pricing, performance and service levels, to the Regional Partners of the Authority and Other Partners set forth below, with such terms appropriately tailored in terms of quantity and timing, based on the circumstances of such Regional Partner (or Other Partner).

• Where acting as the Designated Body: • To discuss and agree the service requirements at least annually with the nominated officer/s of the Other Partner.
