Other Parties definition

Other Parties shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.7(c).
Other Parties means (i) with respect to the Partnership and Partnership GP, Parent and Merger Sub, and (ii) with respect to Parent and Merger Sub, the Partnership and Partnership GP.
Other Parties in the GPA means “the other Party;”

More Definitions of Other Parties

Other Parties has the meaning ascribed to it in the introduction to this Agreement.
