Other Litigation Expenses. Other Litigation Expenses shall mean those expenses which are not part of the contract with the CONTRACTOR, expert witness services, language translators, laboratory analysis, and other forensic services. It is anticipated that payment for such expenses will be applied for in the appropriate courts by motion and granted out of separate funds reserved for that purpose. Payment for mitigation specialists in Capital cases is included in this category.
