OTHER LEASED PROPERTIES definition

OTHER LEASED PROPERTIES means the property or properties leased or hereafter leased to Tenant or an Affiliate of Tenant by Landlord or an Affiliate of Landlord, other than pursuant to this Lease, which as of the date hereof are the properties listed on EXHIBIT C attached hereto.
OTHER LEASED PROPERTIES means the Healthcare Facilities identified as the "Other Leased Properties" on Schedule 4 hereto.

More Definitions of OTHER LEASED PROPERTIES

OTHER LEASED PROPERTIES means the property or properties leased or hereafter leased to Borrower or an Affiliate of Borrower by Lender or an Affiliate of Lender, or mortgaged by Borrower or an Affiliate of Borrower to Lender or an Affiliate of Lender, other than pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Space Leases means any Lease or sublease thereunder (including, without limitation, any Major Space Lease) or any other agreement providing for the use and occupancy of a portion of the Property as the same may be amended, renewed or supplemented.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • Real Property Interests means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner or holder of a Security Interest, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee or otherwise.
