OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT definition

OTHER LEASE AGREEMENT means the Lease Agreement (Phase II - Land), dated as of the Effective Date, between BNPLC and NAI, as such Lease Agreement may be extended, supplemented, amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.
