Other Junior Lien Obligations definition

Other Junior Lien Obligations means the Other Junior Lien Debt and all other Obligations in respect of Other Junior Lien Debt.
Other Junior Lien Obligations means any Indebtedness or other obligations (including Hedging Obligations) having Junior Lien Priority relative to the Loans with respect to the Collateral and is not secured by any other assets and, in the case of Indebtedness for borrowed money, has a stated maturity that is equal to or longer than the Loans; provided that an authorized representative of the holders of such Indebtedness shall have executed the Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement.
Other Junior Lien Obligations means all obligations of the Company and the other Pledgors (other than the Junior Lien Notes Obligations) owing under the applicable Other Junior Lien Obligations Documents, in each case, (x) that are designated in writing by the Company as Other Junior Lien Obligations pursuant to and in accordance with Section 8.22 and (y) the Representative with respect to which has duly executed and delivered an applicable Consent and Acknowledgment, provided, that if any Junior Lien Obligations are outstanding, the Representative for such Other Junior Lien Obligations has duly executed and delivered an intercreditor agreement (or joinder thereto) among each Junior Lien Obligations Representative.

Related to Other Junior Lien Obligations

  • Junior Lien Obligations means Junior Lien Debt and all other Obligations in respect thereof.

  • Senior Lien Obligations means all revenue bonds and other obligations of the RECIPIENT outstanding on the date of execution of this loan agreement (or subsequently issued on a parity therewith, including refunding obligations) or issued after the date of execution of this loan agreement having a claim or lien on the Gross Revenue of the Utility prior and superior to the claim or lien of the loan, subject only to Maintenance and Operation Expense.

  • Junior Lien Debt means Indebtedness incurred by a Covenant Entity that is secured by a Lien that is junior to the Lien on the Collateral securing the Obligations.

  • Note Obligations means the Notes, the Guarantees and all other obligations of any obligor under this Indenture, the Notes, the Guarantees and the Security Documents.

  • Discharge of First Lien Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Junior Lien Documents means, collectively, any indenture, credit agreement or other agreement or instrument pursuant to which Junior Lien Debt is incurred and the documents pursuant to which Junior Lien Obligations are granted.

  • First Lien Collateral Documents means the “Security Documents” or “Collateral Documents” or similar term (as defined in the applicable First Lien Loan Documents) and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any First Lien Obligations or pursuant to which any such Lien is perfected.
