Other Inventory definition

Other Inventory means all inventory other than Pharmaceutical Inventory.
Other Inventory means all inventory owned by Seller other than the Modem Inventory.
Other Inventory means Inventory which is not Petroleum Inventory, Gasoline Inventory or Non-Gasoline Inventory and which cannot be valued at market or by the Value Reference for the appropriate product and product grades in the appropriate region of the country.

Other Inventory means all samples, work-in-process and raw materials relating to the design, manufacture and distribution of Products, and packaging and empty cartons, located on the Premises and held at contractors on the Purchase Date, for use in connection with the operations, plus additions thereto through the Closing Date, in which the Company had or shall have any rights, title or interest, together with any rights of the Company to the warranties received from vendors with respect to such inventory and any related claims, credits, rights of recovery and set-off with respect thereto.
Other Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(vi).
Other Inventory means all labels, hangtags, packaging, empty cartons and other supplies for use in connection with the design, development, sourcing and marketing of Products, located at or on the Premises, at contractors or in transit, held in the ordinary course of business, through the Closing Date, in which Seller had or shall have any right, title or interest, together with any rights of Seller to the warranties received from its suppliers with respect to such inventory and any related claims, credits, rights of recovery and setoff, as listed in Exhibit 1(J) hereof.
