Other Intercreditor Agreements means the separate intercreditor agreements among the Company, an Other Existing Lender and the Facility Lenders.

Other Intercreditor Agreements means any Second Lien Intercreditor Agreement, Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement or other intercreditor in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower and the Administrative Agent and the Security Agent.
