Other Institution definition

Other Institution means any entity or group under the direct responsibility of a national resolution authority in accordance with Article 7(3) of the SRM Regulation or under the direct responsibility of the SRB in accordance with Article 7(2)(b), 7(4)(b) or 7(5) of the SRM Regulation, or together "Other Institutions";

More Definitions of Other Institution

Other Institution means each of the financial institutions that has entered into, or will enter into, a Participant Agreement with Provider with respect to the use of the Platform by such institution.
