Other Fee definition

Other Fee means any fee for Outside Directors established by the Board for attending Board or committee meetings or for serving as a chair of a Board committee, but shall not include the Retainer or expense reimbursements.
Other Fee means any of the fees specified as other fees on the cover page of this Agreement or any other fees that the Operator determines it needs to impose to recover operational costs (both internal and external) and that are advised to You in writing;

  • Application Fee means the non-refundable fee required by Owner to process the Application. The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report.  Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner.
