Other Developer definition

Other Developer means all the bidders other then the Single Business Entity/Consortium, declared as Selected Bidder under the RFP and the SPV, if any formed by such Selected Bidders, with whom the Power Purchase Agreements are executed in accordance with the provisions of the RFP to undertake any Project(s) thereunder.
Other Developer means a person other than the Developer who obtains Development Consent to carry out development in the Googong Urban Release Area that will or is likely to require the provision of or increase the demand for Public Infrastructure. Party means a party to this agreement, including their successors and assigns.

Public Policy Transmission Planning Process: The process by which the ISO solicits needs for transmission driven by Public Policy Requirements; evaluates all Public Policy Transmission Projects and Other Public Policy Projects proposed to address a Public Policy Transmission Need on a comparable basis; selects the more efficient or cost effective Public Policy Transmission Project, if any, for eligibility for cost allocation under the ISO Tariffs; and designates a Designated Entity or Designated Entities to be responsible for developing the Designated Public Policy Project(s) that compose the selected Public Policy Transmission Project. Public Policy Transmission Need: A transmission need identified by the NYPSC that is driven by a Public Policy Requirement pursuant to Sections 31.4.2.1 through 31.4.2.3.
