Other Deed definition

Other Deed means the "Deed" as defined in the Other Participation Agreement.

Examples of Other Deed in a sentence

  • Exercise any other right or remedy available (i) hereunder, including, but not limited to, drawing upon the Letter of Credit, (ii) under any of the other Loan Documents, (iii) under any of the Other Deed of Trusts or (iv) at law or in equity.

  • Grantor and Beneficiary acknowledge and agree that: this Deed of Trust shall constitute a lien or charge upon only that property described herein as the "Subject Property"; and the Other Deed of Trust shall constitute a lien or charge upon only that property described therein as the “Subject Property”.

  • Grantor makes this waiver for itself, for all persons and entities claiming through or under Grantor and for persons and entities who may acquire a lien or security interest on all or any part of the Subject Property and Collateral described in any or all of the Deed of Trust and the Other Deed of Trust, or on any interest therein.

  • Grantor waives all rights to have all or part of the Subject Property and Collateral described in the Deed of Trust and/or the Other Deed of Trust marshalled upon any foreclosure of the Deed of Trust or the Other Deed of Trust.

  • A Default under this Deed of Trust shall, at Beneficiary's option, constitute a Default under the Other Deed of Trust.

  • A Default under the Other Deed of Trust, as defined therein, shall, at Beneficiary's option, constitute a Default under this Deed of Trust.

  • In addition to the obligations secured by the Other Deed of Trust, the Other Deed of Trust shall also secure the payment and performance of all obligations secured by this Deed of Trust.

  • This Note shall evidence the Secured Indebtedness, and the Deed of Trust and the Other Deed of Trust shall both secure each of the Secured Indebtedness and the Other Secured Indebtedness (as defined in the Deed of Trust).

Related to Other Deed

  • Intercreditor Deed means the intercreditor deed dated on or about the date of this Agreement initially by and among the Security Agent, the Lender, the Junior Investor, the Individual Obligor, the Onshore Parent Guarantor and the Borrower, as amended and supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms thereto.

  • Tax Deed means a tax deed prepared under section 379 and includes the title conferred by the registration of the tax deed.

  • Supplemental Deed means a deed supplemental to this Deed, executed by the Management Company and the Trustee, after seeking approval of the SECP, to modify, add to, alter and amend or amend and restate the provisions of this Deed or any other Supplemental Deed in such manner and to such extent as may be considered expedient for all purposes, which shall be consolidated, read and construed together with this Deed.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • ISM Code Documentation means, in relation to a Vessel, the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) issued by a Classification Society pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to that Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code;

  • Bullet means a geometric symbol that precedes each statement in a list of statements. For purposes of this sec- tion, the bullet style is limited to solid squares or solid circles, in the format set forth in paragraph (d)(4) of this sec- tion.

  • Other Contract means any agreement entered into between the Contractor and the City that is (i) formed under the authority of MCC Ch. 2-92; (ii) for the purchase, sale or lease of real or personal property; or (iii) for materials, supplies, equipment or services which are approved and/or authorized by the City Council.

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Annexure B means a copy of JOBURG MARKET Supply Chain Management Policy in terms of which this Agreement and the bid was specified, evaluated, adjudicated and awarded.

  • Accession Deed means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Deed).

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.
