Other Debt definition

Other Debt has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.16.

Examples of Other Debt in a sentence

  • Government Securities/Certain Other Debt Instruments: Trades in any direct obligations of the U.S. Government (including futures on U.S. Government obligations), bankers’ acceptances, bank certificates of deposit, commercial paper and repurchase agreements are not required to be pre-cleared.

More Definitions of Other Debt

Other Debt means other Indebtedness of the Company that ranks pari passu with the Securities and requires that an offer to purchase such Other Debt be made upon consummation of an Asset Sale.
Other Debt means any indebtedness of the Borrower other than (i) Indebtedness under the Revolving Facility and (ii) intercompany Indebtedness or Indebtedness owed to an Affiliate of the Borrower.

Other Debt means debt securities of the Company and its Subsidiaries, other than as permitted by Section 8.5.
Other Debt shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.7(a).
