  • Either Party shall notify the other Party of any Complaints made by Other Contracting Authorities, which are not resolved by operation of the Supplier's usual complaints handling procedure within five (5) Working Days of becoming aware of that Complaint and, if the Supplier is the Party providing the notice, such notice shall contain full details of the Supplier's plans to resolve such Complaint.

  • The Supplier shall undertake marketing of this Framework Agreement and the Goods and/or Services on behalf of the Authority to Other Contracting Authorities in accordance with the provisions of Framework Schedule 11 (Marketing).

  • The Technology Provider shall be authorised to act as a payment service provider to YPO and Other Contracting Authorities and shall process invoices and payments in respect of any Goods and/or Services procured through the DPS.

  • The Supplier shall notify the Technology Provider and YPO of any Complaint made by Other Contracting Authorities within two (2) Working Days of becoming aware of that Complaint and such notice shall contain full details of the Supplier's plans to resolve such Complaint.

  • contracting authorities means the State, regional or local authorities, bodies governed by public law or associations formed by one or more such authorities or one or more such bodies governed by public law;
