Other Charters definition

Other Charters means each BIMCO Standard Bareboat Charter (Code Name: “Barecon 2001”) dated the date hereof, between the Charterer and each Other Owner relating to the Other Vessels as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.
