Other Award Agreement definition

Other Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of an Other Award evidencing the terms and conditions of an Other Award grant. Each Other Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

Other Award Agreement means a written document, the form(s) of which shall be approved from time to time by the Administrator, reflecting the terms of Other Awards granted under the Plan and includes any document attached to such agreement.

Examples of Other Award Agreement in a sentence
