Other Applicable Requirements means any legal, tax or regulatory requirements applicable in relation to a Pension Scheme or applicable to any licensee or other person, firm or entity involved in the provision of services in relation to a Pension Scheme, including without limitation relevant conduct of business rules, codes of conduct or codes of practice relevant to entities licensed by the Commission so far as they relate to the activities of such entity in relation to a Pension Scheme;
