OTC Pink definition

OTC Pink means the marketplace for trading over-the-counter stocks provided and operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc.
OTC Pink means the over-the-counter, pink open market;
OTC Pink means the OTC Pink® marketplace operated by OTC Markets Group, Inc. or any successor thereto on which West Town Common Stock may be quoted.

  • The Borrower shall lose the “bid” price for its Common Stock ($0.0001 on the “Ask” with zero market makers on the “Bid” per Level 2) and/or a market (including the OTC Pink, OTCQB or an equivalent replacement exchange).

  • The Company is not in violation of the listing requirements of the OTC Pink (the “OTC Pink”), the OTCQB or any similar quotation system, and does not reasonably anticipate that the Common Stock will be delisted by the OTC Pink, the OTCQB or any similar quotation system, in the foreseeable future nor are the Company's securities “chilled” by DTC.

  • As of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, the OTC Pink, is the Principal Market.

  • The Borrower shall lose the “bid” price for its Common Stock ($0.0001 on the “Ask” with zero market makers on the “Bid” per Level 2) and/or a market (including the OTC Pink, OTCQB or an equivalent replacement marketplace or exchange).

Related to OTC Pink

  • OTC means Over-the-Counter.

  • OTCQB has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 hereof.

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • published market means, for a class of securities, a marketplace on which the securities have traded that discloses regularly in a publication of general and regular paid circulation or in a form that is broadly distributed by electronic means the prices at which those securities have traded;
