OTC Field definition

OTC Field means the area of non-prescription (i.e., not requiring, by law or regulation, a prescription from a medical doctor) and/or over-the-counter sales for all human pharmaceutical uses.
OTC Field means the offer for sale or sale of a pharmaceutical product directly to consumers without a prescription from a physician or other healthcare provider with prescribing authority, including pharmaceutical products designated as over-the-counter or behind-the-counter or semi-ethical.
OTC Field means the human field for the over-the-counter/consumer market, which includes any PRODUCT labeled for sale or marketed to a final purchaser of a PRODUCT who purchases the PRODUCT for the purpose of diagnosis of themselves or their family and friends.

Examples of OTC Field in a sentence

  • During the Term, neither WCH nor its Affiliates shall market, promote, use, distribute, sell, have sold, import, export, make or have made a Competing Product for the OTC Field in the Territory.

  • During the Term, IMPAX and its Affiliates shall only sell Product for the OTC Field in the Exclusive Territory to WCH and shall not market, promote, use, distribute, sell, have sold, import, export, make or have made either a twelve-hour or twenty-four hour, extended release Loratadine and Pseudoephedrine combination product (other than the Products) which is, in dosage strength, identical to either Product (a “Competing Product”) to a Third Party for the OTC Field in the Exclusive Territory.

  • During the Term, IMPAX and its Affiliates shall only sell Product for the OTC Field in the Exclusive Territory to WCH and shall not market, promote, use, distribute, sell, have sold, import, export, make or have made either a twelve-hour or twenty-four hour, extended release Loratadine and Pseudoephedrine combination product (other than the Products) which is, in dosage strength, identical to either Product (a "Competing Product") to a Third Party for the OTC Field in the Exclusive Territory.

  • The parties shall cooperate with, and assist, each other in connection with their activities hereunder including addressing regulatory questions, and preparing updates and supplements to regulatory filings for Product for the OTC Field in the United States.

  • WCH shall market the Product in the OTC Field under its own tradename.

  • Upon expiration (but not termination) of this Agreement, WCH shall have the fully paid-up, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right, itself and/or through its Affiliates, to make, have made, promote, market, distribute, sell, have sold, import and export Product for the OTC Field pursuant to the Regulatory Documents and Technical Information (including manufacturing know-how).

  • In addition to the foregoing, WCH shall have an exclusive license under the CIMA Patents and Technical Information, and CIMA's interest in the Joint Patent Rights, to make (and to have made) Product for the OTC Field in the Territory subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Section 11.3(b) and the applicable provisions of the Supply Agreement.

  • WCH shall, subject to supply by CIMA of launch quantities of Product, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to launch Product in the United States in the OTC Field within three (3) months following the Product having FTO Status for the OTC Field in the United States.

  • WCH may elect, by written notice provided to CIMA within sixty (60) days after receipt of CIMA's notice, to negotiate an agreement with CIMA under which WCH would obtain exclusive rights to such product for the OTC Field.

  • WCH shall be responsible for and shall file, own and maintain all submissions for Regulatory Approval and Regulatory Approvals of Product for the OTC Field in the United States.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Field of Use means all fields.

  • Licensed Fields of Use means the fields of use identified in Appendix B.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Diagnostic Product means any test or assay for diagnosing or detecting a disease, disorder, medical condition, or symptom.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • Nicotine product means a product that contains nicotine and is not any of the following:

  • Field of Use means all fields of use.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Radiopharmaceutical means any drug that exhibits spontaneous disintegration of unstable nuclei with the emission of nuclear particles or photons and includes any non-radioactive reagent kit or radionuclide generator that is intended to be used in the preparation of any such substance, but does not include drugs such as carbon-containing compounds or potassium-containing salts that include trace quantities of naturally occurring radionuclides. The term also includes any biological product that is labeled with a radionuclide or intended solely to be labeled with a radionuclide.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Generic Product means a product which (a) contains as its active pharmaceutical ingredient a compound that is (or is substantially the same as) the Licensed Compound, and (b) has been placed on the market pursuant to a validly granted marketing authorization.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Existing Product means any formulation of the same product category and form sold, supplied, manufactured, or offered for sale in California prior to the following dates, or any subsequently introduced identical formulation:

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.
