Origination Fees definition

Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.
Origination Fees means the origination, commitment, or other fees collected at the time of origination of a particular Loan.

More Definitions of Origination Fees

Origination Fees means the following fees paid by a borrower under a mortgage: "commitment fees", "renewal fees", "extension fees", "amendment fees" or similar fees to cover, inter alia, the costs associated with creating, processing and amending such mortgage or any renewal of such mortgage.
