Originating Company definition

Originating Company means the company which originates intraLATA MTS or Local Exchange Service on its system. (For compensation purposes, the Originating Company shall be considered the Terminating Company for 800/888 Service Traffic.)
Originating Company means a company, whether incorporated inside or outside the State of Qatar, which seeks to register a Branch under these Regulations.
Originating Company means the legal entity that is represented by the individual executing this LIcense on behalf of an Enterprise. The Originating Company need not be a “company” and may be the entire Enterprise. ”Program” – the following, including the original and all whole or partial copies: (i) machine-readable instructions and data, (ii) components, files, and modules, (iii) audio-visual content (such as images, text, recordings, or pictures), and (iv) related licensed materials (such as keys and documentation). ”Proof of Entitlement” (or “XxX”) – evidence of Licensee’s Authorised Use when supported by Customer’s matching paid invoice or receipt. The XxX is also evidence of Licensee’s eligibility for warranty, future update prices, if any, and potential special or promotional opportunities. If MidVision does not provide Licensee with a XxX, then MidVision may accept as the XxX the original paid sales receipt or other sales record from the party (either MidVision or its reseller) from whom Licensee obtained the Program, provided that it specifies the Program name and Authorised Use obtained.

Examples of Originating Company in a sentence

  • The Originating Company will provide to BA-__ all billing data relating to ITORP Transit Service Traffic for processing in ITORP within fourteen (14) days from the date the usage occurs (to the extent usage occurs on any given day) for traffic originating from an Independent Telephone Company or wireless carrier, which traffic transits BA-PA’s facilities and terminates to Carrier.

  • Originating Financial Institutions will obligate an Originating Company or Third Party Sender through the warranties in their ACH origination agreement or terms & conditions.
