Original Termination Date definition

Original Termination Date means the date a Procurement Contract, at the time of its execution, will expire and is exclusive of any subsequent Amendment(s).
Original Termination Date means the fifth anniversary of the Effective Date.
Original Termination Date contained in Section 1.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:

  • This Agreement shall be effective for a one-year period (the "Term") commencing at 12:01 A.M. on the day set forth on the signature and execution page hereof (the "Original Effective Date") and terminating at 11:59 P.M. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time on the 365th day from the Original Effective Date (the "Original Termination Date").

  • This AGREEMENT shall be effective for a one-­‐year period (the "Term") commencing at 12:01 A.M. on the Effective Date as defined above (which for purposes of this Section II shall also be referred to as the "Original Effective Date") and terminating at 11:59 P.M.
