Original Shareholder definition

Original Shareholder means the Shareholders party to this Agreement as of immediately prior to the Initial Public Offering.
Original Shareholder means in relation to a Permitted Transfer of Ordinary Shares, the transferor or (in the case of a series of Permitted Transfers) the first transferor in the series.
Original Shareholder has the meaning given to it at Recital B.
