As a holder of Restricted Stock Units, during the period from the Grant Date until the Original Settlement Date or the Agreed Settlement Date, whichever is later, each time a cash dividend or other cash distribution is paid with respect to Common Stock, you will receive additional Restricted Stock Units (“Dividend Equivalents”).
These RSUs will be paid on their Original Settlement Date or the Agreed Settlement Date, except in the case of death.
