Examples of Original Reference Rate in a sentence
The Independent Adviser shall endeavour to determine a Successor Rate or Alternative Rate to be used in place of the Original Reference Rate.
Successor Rate means a successor to or replacement of the Original Reference Rate which is formally recommended by any Relevant Nominating Body.
Without prejudice to the obligations of the Issuer under Condition 5(c)(i), (ii), (iii) and (iv), the Original Reference Rate provided for in Condition 5(b) will continue to apply unless and until a Benchmark Event has occurred.
